I’ve always tried to prioritize my health and well-being, but let’s be real… once college hit, that got a whole lot harder. Between late-night study sessions, stress eating, and trying to have a social life, balance isn’t exactly easy.

This blog is mainly for me – a way to stay motivated, inspired, and accountable…but if you’re also trying to juggle school, mental health, workouts, and the occasional cry in the library, then hey, you’re in the right place too.
